Building on this momentum, GD Laser has unveiled a 500 W-level nanosecond green pulsed fiber laser, delivering single pulse energy up to 600μJ. Powered by self-developed high-precision optical components and a newly optimized frequency-doubling output head, the system achieves significant gains in performance and integration. The next-generation optical head module is 50% smaller and lighter than conventional designs, with dimensions comparable to mainstream near-infrared laser heads. It is fully compatible with existing near-infrared die cutting systems, enabling in-place upgrades.

Note: Long-term test over 20h shows an excellent power stability with a standard deviation of less than 0.27%.
High Energy & High Consistency
In maximum pulse width mode, the single pulse energy can exceed 600 μJ. Even when the repetition rate is reduced to the minimum setting of 20 kHz, the system still delivers over 90% of the maximum single pulse energy achievable at typical operating frequencies. This ensures highly consistent cutting performance in high-speed die cutting applications requiring dynamic power and frequency adjustment.

Superior Beam Quality & Roundness
Leveraging an efficient high-order mode filtering design in the fundamental-frequency light source and an ultra-low-aberration external cavity frequency-doubling scheme, the system maintains a beam quality as low as 1.1 even under high-power operation. Meanwhile, spot roundness exceeds 95%, and the focused power density has been significantly enhanced compared to the previous generation, making it well-suited for applications that demand higher power density.
